امروز اومدم یه خورشت قیمهی بازاری بسازم که باورت نمیشه بدون گوشت قرمز هم میشه انقدر خاص، پرعطر، و لذیذ باشه!
این قیمه با مرغ ریشریش، زرشک، پودر گل، زعفرون و یه ترکیب حرفهای از ادویه و ترفند بازاری درست شده که واقعاً دود از کلهت بلند میکنه 😍
