پیاز سرخ شده 3 ق غ
روغن 3/1 فنجان
آبغوره / آب لیمو 3/1 فنجان
ساقه کرفس 500 گرم
نمک ، فلفل سیاه ، زردچوبه

الان فصل باقالی تازهست و چی بهتر از یه باقالیپلو خوشعطر و لعابدار با مرغی که لطافتش از برگ گل هم بیشتره؟
توی این ویدیو هم فوتوفن نرم و خوشطعم شدن مرغ رو یادت میدم، هم نشونت میدم چطوری یه باقالیپلوی ساده رو به یه غذای مجلسی و خوشعطر تبدیل کنی.
