لپه: 🍛 ۱ پیمانه
برنج: 🍚 ۱ پیمانه
گوشت چرخکرده: 🥩 ۳۰۰ گرم
پیاز بزرگ: 🧅 ۱ عدد
رب انار: 🍇 ۲ قاشق غذاخوری
شیره انگور: 🍯 ۳ قاشق غذاخوری
سیر: 🧄 ۱ حبه
سبزی مخصوص دلمه: 🌿 ۳۰۰ گرم
(تره، شوید، مرزه، ترخون، نعنا، پیازچه، جعفری، ریحان)
نمک، فلفل سیاه و قرمز، زردچوبه، روغن: 🧂 به مقدار لازم
🌟 امروز برات یه هویج پلوی خاص و خوشمزه آوردم که اسمش رو گذاشتم "هویج پلوی کرواتی"!
یه غذای مجلسی و شیک که میتونه رقیب سرسختی برای زرشک پلو و باقالی پلو باشه!
طراحی این غذا کاملاً جدیده و با این روش، یه طعم جدید و متفاوت از هویج پلو تجربه می‌کنی.
🥕 مواد لازم برای هویج پلوی کرواتی (۴ نفر):
هویج: ۱۰ عدد متوسط
برنج ایرانی: ۴ پیمانه
سینه مرغ بدون استخوان: ۲ عدد
پیاز متوسط: ۲ عدد
کره: ۵۰ گرم
شکر: ۴ قاشق غذاخوری
زعفران دم‌کرده: به مقدار لازم
آب لیمو ترش تازه: کمی (به دلخواه)
گلاب: ۲ قاشق غذاخوری
چوب دارچین: ۱ عدد
پودر هل: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری
زرشک: ۴ قاشق غذاخوری
خلال پسته: ۲ قاشق غذاخوری
نمک، فلفل و روغن: به مقدار لازم
